It is not possible to send tickets via your own email address using the web application Ticket Generator
By default, the tickets will be sent from the email address tickets@ticket-generator.com. This is done to maintain the standards of Information Security and to ensure high delivery rates of tickets.
However, you can edit the sender's name, email body, and subject and choose the email address you want to receive the replies.
