Use this guide to understand how many people can access your Ticket Generator web application account.
By default, only the account owner with the correct login credentials can access the account and create an event or make changes to event details. Multiple logins using the owner's credentials are not supported. However, if needed, the owner can add multiple ‘coordinators’ to speed up the ticket validation process. These coordinators can set login credentials and access the Ticket Validator mobile app to validate tickets. For detailed steps on how you can add coordinators, please see: Can I add members of the event team to validate tickets?
Also, when you enter the email address of the coordinator and send an invitation, the coordinator will get an email with a link and will need to set up a password. They can only log in to the Ticket Validator mobile app to validate tickets using the password. This password will not work in the Ticket Generator web app to edit event details.
There is no limit on the number of coordinators for an event. However, you can add a maximum of 10 coordinators in a single operation. Each coordinator can individually log in to their Ticket Validator app. Please note, multiple logins from a single coordinator are not allowed. There is no limit on how many coordinators are validating the tickets at once.
