If you are not able to create an event in our web application Ticket Generator and getting the error prompts 'Ticket scan timing must be 5 minutes after current timing' or 'Ticket scan timing must be 5 minutes before event start timing', it is because you have provided incorrect timing in the 'Activate Tickets' or 'Date & Timing' section.
The ticket activation time should be at least 5 minutes later than the current time and at least 5 minutes before the start of the event.
Note: Please check the 'Timezone' as well.
The Event coordinators will be able to validate tickets only after the 'Activate Tickets' time.
