Use this guide to understand how to resend Tickets in bulk using the online application Ticket Generator.
Currently, it is possible to resend existing single tickets using the Ticket Generator tool. A situation may arise where a guest claims to have not received the original ticket or is now lost/deleted. Using this option, you can search for the ticket and send it again via email/SMS. Note: In this case, you will NOT be charged an extra credit. However, there is a limit of upto 5 resends per ticket
Now, If you wish to resend the existing Tickets in bulk for a reminder of the created event, you can reach out to the customer relations team, 2 business days prior to the resending date, with the following details:
- Ticket count
- Resending Date and Time (along with timezone)
- Preferred Delivery method (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
- Customised Email or SMS body (if any)
Please note, resending the tickets in bulk incurs server load (and cost), so we have to charge a nominal amount to cover the cost. Once you confirm the above details, the team will share a payment link. Upon successful payment, we will resend the Tickets on the scheduled date and time.
