Use this guide to understand How to create more than 1 type of ticket using the Ticket Generator web application.

Important: Each Ticket has a unique Ticket ID/Code and the QR Code encoded into it.
Now, if you wish to create different types of tickets for your event (eg. VIP and Normal Ticket), that is also possible using the tool, in 2 ways mentioned below:
A. Creating different events
In this way, you can create two different events on the Ticket Generator tool for each type of ticket (eg. Basic and VIP). After creating the event and finalizing the design for both the event tickets you can send the tickets to your guests from either the event created for VIP tickets or the Basic Tickets. using any available delivery method.
B. Creating different designs of tickets for an event
This method is possible when you use the 'Generate and Send' or 'Generate and Download' option to get the tickets. For more details on getting the tickets please see: How do I get the tickets?
In this way, you can create two different design templates for each type of ticket (eg. Basic and VIP).
You can edit the design of the ticket template or add some variable information to make different tickets for VIP and Basic Tickets. Please see this article for designing the tickets: What options do I have to design tickets?
Now after creating each design template, you can send or download the number of tickets needed for both categories.
