When you generate tickets using the 'Event Registration' feature, you might see the status as 'Held'. This means the ticket is not generated and sent due to insufficient ticket credits.
The tickets will not be delivered as long as you do not add enough ticket credits in your account. You can purchase more ticket credits by clicking on the ‘Buy Now’ button on the dashboard and choosing the required number of credit packages. One ticket requires one ticket credit.
Note that ticket credits do not expire. You can use the unused ticket credits for future events.
