Use this guide to understand the details which are available in the Registration Table for all the requests that you get via Event Registration.
Event Registration allows event organizers to share an ‘event registration link’ with potential guests. On clicking the link, the guest should be able to fill out a form and register for the event. On successful registration, the ticket should automatically be generated (or after approval) for that guest and be sent to the guest’s email/phone number. When your potential guests fill out the form and register for the event, This section will be used to view all the requests that you get. There are several sections in the table like Registration Form Responses, Status, Ticket Status, etc.
Let's discuss all the section one-by-one:
Search and Filter:
- Using the 'SEARCH' option you can search for the registration requests via Email Address or Phone Number
- The 'FILTER' option allows you to view registration requests based on Registration Status and Ticket Status
Export Registration Data:
Use this option to get a CSV file with data of all registrations like Registration Form Responses, Status, Ticket Status and Payment.
Note: This report link will expire within 24 hours.
Status:
This section explains the registration status of the requests. The explanation of each status is given below:
- New: Registration action is pending by the admin
- Auto Approved: Registration is auto-approved
- Approved by Admin: Registration has been manually approved by admin
- Rejected: Registration has been rejected by admin
- Held: Ticket not generated and sent due to insufficient ticket credits
- Cancelled: Ticket cancelled by admin
Email Address, Phone Number:
These fields show the Email address and the Phone Number Used For each registration.
View Form Responses:
- You can view all of the Form Field Responses by clicking on the
option.
- If the registration has multiple uploaded files using the 'Upload File' section, then you can use the
option to download all the files.
- If the registration has only a single file, that can be downloaded using the
option.

Actions:
This section is used for Approving or Rejecting registration requests. Also, you can cancel an already-sent ticket using this option.
Payment:
This section is used for checking the payment like transaction id, and paid amount of the payments made through the Payment Mechanism. For details about setting up the payment mechanism, please see: How to setup a mechanism for receiving payments from guests
Ticket Status:
In this section you can check in the Ticket is successfully sent or not. For successfully sent tickets the Ticket Status will show as 'SENT'.
Error:
If there is an error in sending a ticket, an error icon will appear in the row of that ticket in this column. On clicking the icon, you can view details of the error. The explanation of the details is given below:
- "Email: REJECTED": This means that the application attempted to send the ticket to the specified email address but the email could not be sent by our emailing system. This typically happens when the email address is incorrect. Please check the email or contact support if the issue persists.
- "SMS: REJECTED": This means that the application attempted to send the ticket message to the specified phone number but the message could not be delivered by our messaging system. This typically happens when the phone number is incorrect. Please check the phone number or contact support if the issue persists.
- "WhatsApp: REJECTED": This means that the application attempted to send the ticket message to the specified WhatsApp number but the message could not be delivered by our application.
