Use this Guide to learn about the 'Trash' option available in the 'My QR Codes' Section of the Scanova QR Code Generator tool.
Scanova provides a 'Trash' section within the 'My QR Codes'. This section serves as a temporary storage for your deleted QR Codes, giving you the ability to restore or permanently remove them.
The 'Trash' section is located at the bottom-right corner of the 'My QR Codes' dashboard and is designed to store all QR Codes that have been deleted from your Scanova account.
Functions of the 'Trash' Section
-
Storing Deleted QR Codes: Once you delete a QR Code from your account's dashboard, it automatically moves to the 'Trash' section. Here, it will remain for a period of 30 days, allowing you a period to reconsider its deletion. To delete a QR Code refer to: How can I delete a QR Code?
- Restoring a QR Code: If you change your mind within the 30-day period, you can easily restore the QR Code back to your main list. To do this, navigate to the 'Trash' section, select the QR Code you wish to restore, and click on the 'Restore' option. Refer to: How do I restore my deleted QR Codes
- Permanent Deletion: Should you decide that you no longer need a QR Code within this 30-day period, you can choose to permanently delete it from the 'Trash' section immediately
Note: It's essential to note that the QR Code limit for your account remains unaffected for these 30 days, offering you flexibility in managing your QR Codes without affecting your usage limits.
