About the Lead Generation Feature
When an end-user scans a Dynamic QR Code generated via Scanova, it is possible to capture standard information like the time/date of the scan, the city, country, device type, operating system, and so on. For more details on this, see QR Code Scan Tracking & Analytics.
While capturing basic scanning data is useful, sometimes, you might wish to capture names, emails, phone numbers, etc. With Scanova's Lead Generation feature, you can attach a pop-up form to your Dynamic QR Code. Getting Email Notifications for Captured Leads
Now you can set up email notifications for your captured leads from the tool's dashboard. You can also specify the frequency of these notifications to suit your convenience.
Steps to setup the Email Notifications
- Login/Sign Up and go to your Scanova dashboard
- Navigate to the "Lead List" section from the left-hand panel. Here, you will see an overview of all the leads captured so far and also get the option to create a New Lead List
- Click on the Notification Tab
Steps to Enable the Feature
- Specify Recipient Email and Additional Options
- Once you're in the "Notification" section, you’ll see the option to specify the Email Address where you want to receive the Lead's data. You also have the option to add CC and BCC recipients, making it easier to keep your team updated on the Leads Data

Choose Email Frequency
This option is for setting the frequency of your email reports. Choose from:

Never: If you prefer to track data manually
- Per Lead: Whenever an End-user fills a Lead Form

Once a Month: Perfect for a monthly review

- Click on "Save Changes" to enable the settings
