Use this guide to understand how can you edit the event details of an already created event using the web application Ticket Generator
It is possible to edit the event details such as Event Name, Event Type, Date and timing, Venue, Event Description, etc. of an existing event in your Ticket Generator account.
Here's how to do it:
- Login to the Ticket Generator account
- Click on the Manage Events section on the left panel
- Click on the Event for which you want to event the details
- Click on the Edit option in the 'Event Details' section
- Make the necessary changes and click on Update
Note: The changes will not be reflected in the already generated tickets. Also, the Event Start Time and the Ticket Activation Time cannot be edited once these times are reached.
