The User Logs feature enables users to export and review a comprehensive list of all actions taken on a specific account. Log data is retained for up to 6 months. The exported file includes the following details:
- Date & Time: Date and time when the action was performed
- User Name: Full name of the user who performed the action
- User Email: Email id of the user who performed the action
- User Role: Role of the user who performed the action

Entity: This refers to the feature or tab where this action was performed. Some examples:
- qrcode and qr code details: Denotes actions related to QR Code such as creation, updation and deletion. Note for some of the same action, such as a new QR Code creation, individual entries might be created in each entity for the same QR Code, wherein one contains the meta-data, while other contains the actual QR Code data
- user: Denotes actions related to users such as addition, updation and removal
- loginlog: Details of login to the account
- Action: Refers to the action that was taken, such as Create, Update, Delete, Add etc.
- Object ID: A unique identifier for internal references
- Object Name: Name of the object on which the action was taken, e.g. in case of QR Code creation, it will mention the QR Code ID and Name
- Details: Raw details of the actions that were performed (in JSON format). This varies from action to action, and can be empty also for some of the actions.
