This article explains how to reset your Scanova account password if you have forgotten it and cannot log in.
If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in to your Scanova account, you can reset it quickly by following the steps below. Resetting your password will allow you to regain access to your account by creating a new password.
Note: This is only applicable for users who set up their account with their email ID and password. This is not applicable for users with 'Google Signup'.
How to Reset Password
- On the Login page, click on Forgot Password
- Enter your email address associated with the Scanova Account to receive the password reset link
- Click on Continue
- Check the email inbox for the password reset mail that will look like
- Click on Reset, enter your new password, and click on Continue
- Now, you will be able to Login into the Scanova Account with your registered email ID and the new password
