This article explains how to permanently delete a Scanova account and what to consider before proceeding with account deletion.
A. How to Delete a Scanova Account
- Login to the Scanova Account
- From the left sidebar, click on Profile > Account > Delete Account
- Choose the appropriate reason, add your comments, and click on Next
- Click on Delete Account to permanently delete your Scanova Account
B. What Happens After Deleting the Account?
- All QR Codes, reports, and user data will be permanently deleted
- All the Dynamic QR Codes created via the delete account will no longer work and will display an error message once scanned
- Any active subscriptions will be automatically canceled

The Scanova dashboard and all associated features will no longer be accessible
