Scanova provides a payment receipt for every subscription purchase, which includes details of the transaction for accounting purposes. Indian users can also verify their company’s GST (Goods and Services Tax) details on the billing information. This guide explains how to access your payment receipt and verify GST for Indian users.
A. How to Get the Payment Receipt
Note that to generate and download the invoice, it is compulsory to add and save billing details in your account dashboard.
A.1 Save Billing Information
- Login into the Scanova Account
- From the left sidebar, click on Profile > Tax Information
- Fill all the details
- Click on Save
A2. Download the Sale receipt
- Login to your Scanova Account
- From the left sidebar, click on Subscription > Order History
- Click on the Download Icon under the Invoice column
B. Verifying GST Information (For Indian Users)
For Indian users, GST verification can be done during the billing process. Here’s how to verify the company’s GST on the billing information:
- Login into the Scanova Account
- From the left sidebar, click on Profile > Tax Information
- For the option Do you have a GST Number?, click on Yes
- Enter your company's GST number and click on Verify
Once the Verify button is clicked, the address details associated with the provided GST number will be automatically retrieved and updated in the profile. Changes to the details can also be made later if needed.
