The My QR Codes dashboard allows users to manage, organize, and filter QR Codes they have created. This dashboard provides an overview of all QR Codes and allows users to apply filters to easily find and manage the QR Codes.

What is My QR Codes section?
The My QR Codes section is a dedicated section within the tool where a user can view, access, and manage all the QR Codes that have been created. Access the My QR Codes from the left side panel

How to filter QR Codes based on shared users in My QR Codes section?
The 'Filter' feature in the 'My QR Codes' section allows users to search for the existing QR Codes created in the Scanova account by applying different filters. This feature is located in the top-right corner of the 'My QR Codes' section. The available filters are:
- Tags
- Category
- Type
- Created By
- Time Period
One of the most useful filters for team collaboration and organization is the 'Created by' filter, which enables users to sort QR Codes by the name or email ID of the shared users who have contributed to their projects.
Types of Filters Available to Search by Shared Users:
Created by (Name or Email ID of Shared Users): This filter allows users to filter the QR Codes by the name or email ID of the shared users who have created or managed these QR Codes. It's particularly valuable in collaborative environments where multiple team members or colleagues are actively using the tool
To use this filter:
- Go to the 'My QR Codes' section
- Click on the 'Filter' button in the top right corner
- Choose 'Created by' from the filter options
- Enter or select the name or email ID of the shared user to filter by
- Click 'Apply'
The list of QR Codes displayed will be limited to those created or managed by the specified shared user. This filter simplifies the process of tracking and managing QR Codes in a team setting, allowing for better organization and access control.
By utilizing the 'Shared Users Filter,' efficiently manage and locate the QR Codes in the 'My QR Codes' section, whether they were created by you or your shared users.

How to Apply Filters
- Log in to Scanova, and navigate to My QR Codes
- Click on the Filter button in the upper-right corner of the dashboard
- Choose the filter criteria (e.g., Category, Tags, or Created By)
- Apply the filter to narrow down the list of QR Codes
Note: This feature is essential for managing a large collection of QR Codes, making it easier to find what you need.

Where can I find my QR Code?
- Login to the Scanova account
- Click the My QR Codes tab on the left panel
- A list of all the QR Codes will appear which is saved in your account
Note: QR Codes are only saved and accessible if a user has a registered account with Scanova QR Code Generator.
When you create a Dynamic QR Code without signing up for an account or without being logged in to the Scanova QR Code generator, the QR Code will only be a temporary QR Code and will remain active for a couple of hours.
The following image shows the page where a temporary QR Code has been created.
You can convert the same Temporary QR Code into a Permanent QR Code by Signing up on the tool.

How to rename a QR Code?
- Login to the Scanova Account
- Go to 'My QR Codes' on the sidebar navigation bar
- Hover your cursor over the QR Code you wish to rename
- Alternatively, you can also search your QR Code by the name/tag/category of the QR Code
- In the QR Code Details description box, click on the Edit Icon besides the Name of the QR Code
- Give a new name to your QR Code and click on click on the Check mark
