This article explains the QR Code Scheduling feature in Scanova and how it helps manage QR Code campaigns efficiently.
Using this feature, you can:
- Set QR Codes to automatically activate at a specific date and time
- Configure automatic deactivation based on:
- A specific date and time, or
- A predefined number of scans
- Manage time-sensitive campaigns, limited-time offers, event access, or usage-based experiences without manual intervention
Note: QR Code Scheduling works only for Dynamic QR Codes. Static QR Codes cannot be activated or deactivated after printing.
How QR Code Scheduling Works
- With QR Code Scheduling, users can control the availability of their QR Codes by defining activation and deactivation rules.
- Schedule a QR Code to become active automatically at a future date and time
- Schedule a QR Code to deactivate automatically after a specific date and time
- Set a scan limit to automatically deactivate the QR Code after reaching the defined number of scans
This ensures users only access the intended content during the desired campaign period.
