A. Leads Data - Email Reports
Leads Data - Email Reports feature allows users to receive timely alerts whenever new lead information is captured through the QR Codes. This article will guide you through how to set up and manage notifications for leads data in Scanova.
When an end-user scans a Dynamic QR Code generated via Scanova, it is possible to capture standard information like the time/date of the scan, the city, country, device type, operating system, and so on.
While capturing basic scanning data is useful, sometimes, you might wish to capture names, emails, phone numbers, etc. With Scanova's Lead Generation feature, attach a pop-up form to the Dynamic QR Code. When end-users scan the QR Code, they'll get an option to manually fill in their details.
Note: The Lead Generation feature is only available in the Standard, Pro and, Enterprise Plans of Scanova QR Code Generator.
B. Steps to setup the Email Notifications:
- Login and go to the Scanova dashboard
- Go to the Lead List section, and under the Email Reports tab click on Create new email Report
- Enter the Report Name for reference and select exsisting Lead lists to receive the reports
- Now enter the email address to receive lead notifications. Add CC and BCC recipients, making it easier to keep the team updated on the Leads Data
- Set how frequently to be notified (daily, once a week, or once a month)
- Click on Create Report
