This article will guide how to leverage Scanova’s Lead Generation feature to build lead lists and forms, customize questions, and manage the forms efficiently.
This feature will be helpful to you in a variety of use cases where you want to link the Analytics data with other data (Leads, RSVP, etc.) you capture. Suppose, you want to link an entry in the Leads form with the geo-location of that lead (from Analytics) then this feature will come in handy to you.
Steps to enable End User Tracking::
- Login to the Scanova QR Code Generator account
- Go to the Settings available in left panel and click on End-User Tracking
- Turn on the Enable End-User Tracking option
Now, download the captured data, like Analytics, Leads, Custom Forms, RSVP, and a unique Tracking Id will be present for each scan that was made after enabling this feature. The Tracking Id will be the same for each unique scan in all the downloaded data files.
Here are the details of data on each section where the tracking id is present.
Analytics:
Download the Analytics data from the Analytics > Export Scan Data section
Steps to download the Leads Form:
- Go to the Leads List from the dashboard
- Click on the leads form
- Under Action, click on Analytics
- Download the data by clicking on Export Leads
Steps to download the Custom Form's data:

Go to the My QR Code section from the dashboard

Click on the View/Edit button of the particular QR Code to view the data

Click on Generate button of the Download Data section
Steps to download the RSVP data:
- Go to the My QR Code section from the dashboard
- Click on the View/Edit button of the particular QR Code to view the data
- Click on Generate button of the Download Data section
See the Tracking Id for the particular scan is the same in all the data files. Using this Tracking Id, analyze the actions a user has taken when interacting with a QR Code. Download all the Excel files and compile them together for the insights you need.
