A. Analytics - Email Reports
The 'Email Reports' feature helps to receive timely reports on the top-performing/custom Dynamic QR Codes. This means an email in the specified frequency with the 'Name' and 'Total Scan Count' for the QR Codes of the account that have gotten more scans than other QR Codes will be received.
B. Steps to Enable the Email Reports feature:
- Login to the Scanova dashboard
- Go to Analytics from the left panel, and Select the Email Reports tab
- Click on 'Create New Email Report'
- Enter the Report Name for reference and select the QR Codes to receive the reports, it can be the below:
- Top 5 Performing QR Codes
- Top 10 Performing QR Codes
- Custom
- Enter your email address to receive notifications. Add CC and BCC recipients, making it easier to keep the team updated on the notifications
- Set how frequently to be notified (daily, once a week, or once a month)
- Click on Create Report
