Use this guide, to explore how to handle large datasets in analytics reports, fetch detailed analytics for extended periods, and adjust the time shown in reports to your local timezone.
Tracking the performance of the QR Codes is crucial for any marketing campaign, and Scanova offers a robust analytics platform to meet these needs. However, managing multiple QR Codes or large intervals of data can become a bit complex.
Fetch the detailed Analytics of my QR Codes for a large interval
Note: If the user wants to view or download the Analytics data for less than 20 QR Codes and a period of less than 12 months (365 days), then use the Get Analytics option of the Analytics section and see all the data in graphical format.
However, for greater values (more than 20 QR Codes or a time range greater than 12 months (365 days)), use the Reports feature.
Steps to use the Reports feature:
- Login to the Scanova account
- Select Analytics
- Click on Reports
- Click on Create New Report
-
Choose the QR Codes/ Tags, Time Period, and Format. Click on the checkbox of Scan Data Report to export the spreadsheet with individual scan data per row
-
Click on Create Report
-
An email notification will be received when the report is available for download. Also, download the report from the Report section of the Analytics dashboard
Note: Generated reports will be automatically deleted after 7 days for security and storage optimization purposes.
Convert the time shown in the Analytics report to my local time
While setting up a new Scanova account, there's an option to select the timezone. Once the timezone is selected the time of all the reports will display according to the saved timezone.
