To assign permission to a shared user for accessing only certain QR Codes:

Go to the account's User Management section

Add the user’s email address to invite them as a shared user

Once the user is added, customize their access by selecting the specific QR Codes they can view or manage

Save the changes. The user will now have access only to the designated QR Codes

B. Transferring ownership of the Scanova account
Ownership of a Scanova account can be transferred to another user. Note that the previous owner will lose access to account management once the transfer is complete.
Steps to transfer ownership:

Click on Profile and select the Login Method section

The new user will receive a verification link via email; upon clicking Verify, the account ownership will be transferred
