This article provides an overview of the subscription plans offered by Scanova QR Code Generator, including plan features and pricing.

A. Plans and Pricing

A.1. Ultra-Lite Plan

  • One-time Cost: USD 150
  • Features:
    • Create one Dynamic QR Code with lifetime validity
    • Unlimited scans, ad-free usage
    • Includes all Lite Plan features
    • Custom QR Code designs with color, pattern, logo, and background customization
    • Export QR Codes in formats such as PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, EPS, and PS

A.2. Basic Plan

  • Cost: USD 5/month (billed annually)
  • Features:
    • Create up to 3 Dynamic QR Codes
    • Unlimited scans and ad-free platform access
    • Access to 14 QR Code Categories (all categories except landing page categories like Custom Page and Business Card)
    • Custom QR Code design options with colors, patterns, logos, and frames
    • AI-generated QR Code designs
    • Smart Design (generate designs matching a brand or theme by uploading a logo or image)
    • Download QR Code images in PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, EPS, and PS formats
    • Basic Analytics (total scans for selected Dynamic QR Codes or tags over the past 30 days)
    • Bot Traffic Filtering to remove scans from bots and automated tools
    • UTM Parameters to track source, medium, and campaign details
    • Custom Form component on landing pages
    • Organize QR Codes using Tags to view analytics at the tag level
    • Chat and email support (24/5) with responses within 24 hours on working days

A.3. Lite Plan

  • Cost: USD 15/month or USD 108/year
  • Features: Includes all Basic Plan features, with additional capabilities:
    • Create up to 10 Dynamic QR Codes
    • Access to all 26 QR Code Categories (including landing page categories)
    • Create Mobile Landing Pages (choose from 9 pre-made templates or build a custom one)
    • AI-Generated Landing Page (create landing pages from a simple prompt using AI; Beta)
    • QR Code Forms to capture and manage leads with detailed analytics and CRM-ready exports
    • Basic Analytics showing total scans for each QR Code (no time limit)
    • Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced account security
    • Analytics Email Reports delivering scan data at a chosen frequency
    • Google Analytics Integration 
    • Webhook Integration — post scan data in JSON format to a specific URL, e.g. Zapier
    • Lead Generation — capture user contact information on scan; lead capture pages carry a "Powered by Scanova" footer 
    • Conditional Redirection — redirect users to different URLs based on country, device, or OS
    • Password Protection for individual QR Codes
    • QR Code Scheduling — automatically expire or deactivate a Dynamic QR Code on a set date and time (previously called Auto-deactivation) 
    • Organize QR Codes using Tags to view analytics at the tag level
    • Chat and email support (24/5) with responses within 24 hours on working days

  • Cost: USD 50/month or USD 420/year
  • Features: Includes all Lite Plan features, with additional capabilities:
    • Manage up to 50 Dynamic QR Codes
    • Advanced Analytics with detailed data on scan location, device, handset, browser, and operating system
    • Export Analytics reports in PDF, JPEG, PNG, XLS, and XLSX formats
    • Create custom Dynamic URL Hashes for branding (e.g., https://scnv.io/mycampaign)
    • Zapier Integration to connect Scanova to 6,000+ apps
    • Save custom-designed QR Codes as templates for future use
    • Age Restricted QR Codes (users enter their date of birth to view content)
    • White-labeled landing pages — mobile landing pages without the "Powered by Scanova" footer (previously called White-labeled Pages)
    • Event/Click Tracking — track clicks on buttons added to mobile landing pages
    • Ad Platform Integrations — connect campaigns with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Ads for tracking and retargeting
    • Bulk Operations (batch size 50) — generate, update, and download Dynamic QR Codes in bulk 

A.5. Pro Plan

  • Cost: USD 100/month or USD 900/year
  • Features: Includes all Standard Plan features, with further enhancements:
    • Manage up to 500 Dynamic QR Codes
    • Includes 5 Users and 1 Custom Domain for branded URLs (e.g., https://campaign.mywebsite.com/ABCD)
    • Track exact GPS locations of scans, with user permission
    • Bulk Operations (batch size 100)
    • Folders to categorize and manage QR Codes
    • Add up to 5 shared users with customizable roles (Viewer, Manager, Administrator, Analyst, Billing Manager)
    • Add-ons available for more shared users and Custom Domains at additional cost (USD 50/user per year and USD 100/domain per year)
    • Phone support, in addition to chat and email support

A.5.1 Increasing Shared Users in the Pro Plan

The Pro Plan includes 5 shared users by default, but additional users can be added:

  1. Log in to the Scanova account
  2. Go to Subscription > Plans
  3. Scroll to the Add-ons section of the Pro Plan and use the '+' button to increase the number of shared users
  4. Click Subscribe to confirm

Up to 20 shared users can be added via the Pro Plan's Add-ons section. For more than 20 shared users, contact Scanova for a custom Enterprise Plan.

A.5.2 Increasing Custom Domains in the Pro Plan

The Pro Plan includes one Custom Domain by default, but more can be added:

  1. Log in to the Scanova account
  2. Go to Subscription > Plans
  3. Scroll to the Add-ons section of the Pro Plan and use the '+' button to increase the number of Custom Domains
  4. Click Subscribe to confirm

Up to 10 Custom Domains can be added. For additional domains beyond this limit, contact Scanova to explore the Enterprise Plan options.

A.6. Enterprise Plan

  • Custom Pricing: Based on specific business requirements
  • Features: Includes all Pro Plan features, with additional capabilities:
    • Manage unlimited QR Codes and unlimited Users and Domains
    • Bulk Operations (batch size 500)
    • Dynamic QR Code APIs to manage QR Codes, users, analytics, lead lists, and security features
    • Custom User Permissions and User Access by Tags for team collaboration
    • Custom Script and Video Upload components on landing pages
    • Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure authentication
    • MFA Enforcement across invited users
    • Data Security Compliance and Restricted Data Collection
    • User Logs to monitor account activity
    • Enterprise Onboarding Support, including legal and compliance documentation
    • Dedicated Relationship Manager as a single point of contact

B. Subscription Process

To subscribe to Scanova:

  1. Log in to the Scanova account (new users can sign up for a 14-day free trial)
  2. Navigate to Account > Subscription in the sidebar
  3. Click on Plans, select the required plan, and proceed with payment
  4. After subscribing, cancel auto-renewal (if necessary) by following these steps:
    • Go to Account > Subscription > Cancel Auto-renewal
    • Enter the account password and confirm the cancellation

An email confirmation will be sent from Scanova's payment partner, Stripe. Once subscribed, users can access all plan features, and the account will be set for auto-renewal (except for the Ultra-Lite plan).

C. Using Free Trial QR Codes Post-Subscription

Dynamic QR Codes created during the free trial remain available for 26 months after the trial period ends. However, these QR Codes will be deactivated until a subscription is activated. To reactivate these QR Codes:

  1. Log in to the Scanova account
  2. Go to Account > Subscription > Update Plan
  3. Select and purchase the desired plan

Once subscribed, previously created QR Codes will become active and editable from the My QR Codes section.

D. Adding More QR Codes to a Subscription

If more QR Codes are needed beyond the current plan's limit, upgrade to a higher plan:

  • Basic Plan: Up to 3 Dynamic QR Codes
  • Lite Plan: Up to 10 Dynamic QR Codes
  • Standard Plan: Up to 50 Dynamic QR Codes
  • Pro Plan: Up to 500 Dynamic QR Codes
  • Enterprise Plan: Customizable for tiered, higher QR Code volumes

Upgrading is simple:

  1. Log in to Scanova
  2. Navigate to Account > Subscription > Update Plan
  3. Select the desired plan and proceed with payment

For requirements exceeding the Pro Plan, the Enterprise Plan offers tailored solutions for bulk QR Code creation and management.
