A. Plans and Pricing

A.1. Ultra-Lite Plan

  • One-time Cost: USD 150

  • Features:

    • Create one Dynamic QR Code with lifetime validity

    • Unlimited scans, ad-free usage

    • Custom QR Code designs with color, pattern, logo, and background customization

    • Basic analytics for total scans by time period

    • Export QR Codes in formats such as PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and EPS

A.2. Basic Plan

  • Cost: USD 5/month (USD 60/year) (Billed only Annually)

  • Features:

    • Create up to 3 Dynamic QR Codes

    • Unlimited scans and ad-free platform access

    • Option to create 16 QR Code Categories (Get all QR Code categories, expect landing page categories like Custom Page and Business Card)

    • Custom QR Code design options with colors, patterns, logos, and frames

    • Download QR Codes images in PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and EPS formats

    • Basic Analytics (Get the total scans for selected Dynamic QR Code(s) or tags over the past 30 days)

    • Organize QR Codes using Tags to view analytics at the tag level

    • Chat and email support with responses within 24 hours on working days

A.2. Lite Plan

  • Cost: USD 15/month or USD 108/year

  • Features:

    • Create up to 10 Dynamic QR Codes

    • Unlimited scans and ad-free platform access

    • Custom QR Code design options with colors, patterns, logos, and background images

    • Create mobile landing pages with a variety of components

    • Download QR Codes images in PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and EPS formats

    • Basic analytics showing the total number of scans for each QR Code (No time limit)

    • Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced account security

    • Analytics Email Reports (Get timely email reports that deliver the scan data of your Dynamic QR Codes as per the chosen frequency)

    • Organize QR Codes using Tags to view analytics at the tag level

    • Chat and email support with responses within 24 hours on working days

A.3. Standard Plan

  • Cost: USD 50/month or USD 420/year

  • Features: Includes all Lite Plan features, with additional capabilities:

    • Manage up to 50 Dynamic QR Codes

    • Create custom Dynamic URL Hashes for branding (e.g., https://scnv.io/mycampaign)

    • Password protection for individual QR Codes

    • Save custom-designed QR Codes as templates for future use

    • Set an Auto-deactivation date for QR Codes, allowing them to deactivate on a specific date

    • Access to full analytics with detailed data on scan locations, devices, browsers, and operating systems

    • Conditional redirection to different URLs based on user location, device, or operating system

    • Export detailed scan data and analytics reports in CSV or Excel formats

    • Google Analytics integration for advanced tracking and data insights

    • Lead generation forms to capture user information during scans (with a "Powered by Scanova" footer)

    • Add custom form components to mobile landing pages for data collection

    • Get AI-generated QR Codes designs (Embed QR Codes with stunning images generated by artificial intelligence)

A.4. Pro Plan

  • Cost: USD 100/month or USD 900/year

  • Features: Includes all Standard Plan features, with further enhancements:

    • Manage up to 500 Dynamic QR Codes

    • Include 1 Custom Domain for branded URLs (e.g., https://campaign.mywebsite.com/ABCD)

    • White-labeled mobile landing pages and lead generation forms (without the "Powered by Scanova" branding)

    • Track exact GPS locations of scans, with user permission

    • Event tracking for buttons on mobile landing pages, with click data analytics

    • Webhooks integration for posting scan data in real-time to a specified URL

    • Add up to 5 shared users with customizable roles (Viewer, Manager, Administrator, Analyst, Billing Manager)

    • Bulk operations for generating and managing QR Codes in large quantities (batch of 100 at a time)

    • Add-ons are available for more shared users and Custom Domains at additional costs (USD 50/user per year and USD 100/domain per year)

    • Phone support, in addition to email and chat support

A.4.1 Increasing Shared Users in the Pro Plan

The Pro Plan includes 5 shared users by default, but additional users can be added:

  1. Log in to the Scanova account

  2. Go to Subscription > Plans

  3. Scroll to the Add-ons section of the Pro Plan and use the '+' button to increase the number of shared users

  4. Click Subscribe to confirm

Up to 20 shared users can be added via the Pro Plan’s Add-ons section. For more than 20 shared users, contact Scanova for a custom Enterprise Plan.

A.4.2 Increasing Custom Domains in the Pro Plan

The Pro Plan includes one Custom Domain by default, but more can be added:

  1. Log in to the Scanova account

  2. Go to Subscription > Plans

  3. Scroll to the Add-ons section of the Pro Plan and use the '+' button to increase the number of Custom Domains

  4. Click Subscribe to confirm

Up to 10 Custom Domains can be added. For additional domains beyond this limit, contact Scanova to explore the Enterprise Plan options.

A.5. Enterprise Plan

  • Custom Pricing: Based on specific business requirements

  • Features:

    • Manage unlimited QR Codes with advanced features like Bulk Operations (batch size 500), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enforcement, Dynamic QR Code APIs, additional Custom Domains and Unlimited Shared Users

    • Comprehensive Custom User Permissions for effective team collaboration

    • Advanced Event Tracking, Lead Generation, and In-Depth Analytics customized to meet your business needs

    • Single Sign-On (SSO) for seamless authentication and enhanced security

    • Data Security Compliance to ensure the highest level of information security

    • Dedicated Relationship Manager for personalized support and account management.

    • Add-ons such as additional Custom Domains, Dynamic QR Code APIs, and more

B. Subscription Process

To subscribe to Scanova:

  1. Log in to the Scanova account (new users can sign up for a 14-day free trial)

  2. Navigate to Subscription in the sidebar

  3. Click on Plans, select the required plan, and proceed with payment

  4. After the subscription, cancel auto-renewal (if necessary) by following these steps:

    • Go to Subscription > Cancel Auto-renewal

    • Enter the account password and confirm the cancellation

An email confirmation will be sent from Scanova’s payment partner, Stripe. Once subscribed, users can access all plan features, and the account will be set for auto-renewal (except for the Ultra-lite plan).

C. Using Free Trial QR Codes Post-Subscription

Dynamic QR Codes created during the free trial remain available for 26 months after the trial period ends. However, these QR Codes will be deactivated until a subscription is activated. To reactivate these QR Codes:

  1. Log in to the Scanova account

  2. Go to Subscription > Update Plan

  3. Select and purchase the desired plan

Once subscribed, previously created QR Codes will become active and editable from the My QR Codes section.

D. Adding More QR Codes to a Subscription

If more QR Codes are needed beyond the current plan’s limit, upgrade to a higher plan:

  • Basic Plan : Upto 3 Dynamic QR Codes

  • Lite Plan: Up to 10 Dynamic QR Codes

  • Standard Plan: Up to 50 Dynamic QR Codes

  • Pro Plan: Up to 500 Dynamic QR Codes

  • Enterprise Plan: Customizable for 100,000+ QR Codes

Upgrading is simple:

  1. Log in to Scanova

  2. Navigate to Subscription > Update Plan

  3. Select the desired plan and proceed with payment

For requirements exceeding the Pro Plan, the Enterprise Plan offers tailored solutions for bulk QR Code creation and management.
