Now, with the enhanced Email Reports feature, users can create customized reports for specific QR Codes and share them with others by adding recipients in CC and BCC. This upgrade provides better control and collaboration for tracking QR Code activity.
The number of reports a user can create depends on the subscribed plan, enabling flexibility for both individual and enterprise needs.
A. Key Features of Email Reports
The enhanced Email Reports feature offers the following capabilities:

B. Accessing Email Reports
To use the Email Reports feature:

Go to Analytics > Email Reports
II. For Lead List
Go to Lead Lists > Email Reports
Click Create New Email Report to begin setting up a report.
C. Configuring an Email Report
- Select QR Code: Choose the specific QR Codes for which you want to generate the report
- Add Recipients: Add primary recipients and optionally include CC and BCC email addresses
- Define Frequency: Set the report to be sent daily, weekly, or monthly based on preference.
- Save and Manage Reports: Save the report configuration, and access the list of active reports anytime for modifications
D. Plan-Based Report Limits
The maximum number of reports you can create varies by plan:
- Lite: 1 report
- Standard: 2 reports
- Pro: 5 reports
- Enterprise: 10 reports
