A Feedback QR Code is an efficient way to gather responses from customers, event attendees, or employees. When scanned, the QR Code redirects users to a feedback form, allowing them to share their thoughts quickly and conveniently without needing to type lengthy URLs.
A. Create a Feedback QR Code
Log in to your Scanova account:
- Go to Scanova.
- Click "Log in" and enter your credentials.
Access the QR Code Generator:
- Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard.
- Select "Create QR Code" from the sidebar.
Select the Feedback QR Code option:
- In the "Create QR Code" section, choose "Feedback QR Code" as the QR Code type.
- You will be prompted to select a feedback category from the following options:
