The Trash folder in Scanova temporarily stores deleted QR Codes/Pages for up to 30 days. This allows users to restore items that were accidentally deleted.
If an item is no longer required, it can also be permanently deleted from the Trash folder before the 30-day period. This helps users manage their QR Code/Page limits more efficiently.
A. About Trash Folder
The Trash folder in Scanova allows you to store deleted QR Codes/Pages for up to 30 days before they are permanently removed.
This feature helps you:
- Recover QR Codes/Pages deleted by mistake
- Free up your QR Code/Page limit by removing unnecessary ones
B. Delete a QR Code/Page
To move a QR Code/Page to the Trash folder:
- Log in to your Scanova account
- Go to the QR Codes page
- Find the QR Code/Page you want to delete
- Click the Delete option
The QR Code/Page will be moved to the Trash folder.
Once a QR Code/Page is deleted, it will not appear on the QR Codes page but will remain in the Trash for 30 days.
C. Restore a QR Code/Page
If you have deleted a QR Code/Page by mistake, you can restore it within 30 days.
Follow these steps:
- Go to the QR Codes page
- Scroll to the bottom and open the Trash folder
- Find the QR Code/Page you want to restore
- Click Restore
The QR Code/Page will be moved back to the QR Codes page and will function as before.
