This article will guide you on how to manage deleted QR Codes using the Trash folder in Scanova’s My QR Codes section.
A. About Trash Folder
The Trash folder in Scanova allows you to store deleted QR Codes for up to 30 days before they are permanently removed. This feature ensures that you can recover QR Codes deleted by mistake or free up your QR Code limit by removing unnecessary ones.

Once a QR Code is deleted, it will not appear in the My QR Codes section but will remain in the Trash for 30 days.

If you have deleted a QR Code by mistake, you can restore it within 30 days:
- Go to My QR Codes
- Scroll to the bottom and open the Trash folder
- Find the QR Code you want to restore

The QR Code will be moved back to the My QR Codes section and will function as before.

- Click on Delete Permanently
Note: Once a QR Code is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered
