Bulk Operations on Custom Page QR Codes

Use this guide to bulk-create Dynamic Custom Page QR Codes using Scanova QR Code Generator.

With this feature, you can generate up to 100 Dynamic Custom Page QR Codes in a single batch with the Pro plan and up to 500 Custom Page QR Codes in a single batch with the Enterprise plan.

A. Create Custom Page QR Codes in bulk

Follow these steps to generate Custom Page QR Codes in bulk:

1. Log in to your Scanova account
2. Create a Custom Page QR Code template
   • If you already have a Custom Page QR Code with the desired design and components, you can use it as a template
   • If not, create a new Custom Page QR Code before proceeding
   • Note: QR Codes with multiple instances of the same component cannot be used as templates
3. Go to Bulk Operations on the side navigation bar
   
   
4. Click on New Operations
   
5. Click on the Generate icon and change the QR Code Category to Custom Page QR Code
   
6. Select a Custom Page QR Code from the dropdown to use as a template
   
   
   
   
7. Click on Download Sample Spreadsheet to get a CSV file formatted based on the template's data fields
   
   
8. Enter the data for each QR Code in the spreadsheet
   • Do not change the header text
   • All fields, except "Tags," are mandatory
9. Save the completed spreadsheet on your device
10. Click on Upload Data File, select the spreadsheet, and then click on Continue
    
11. Select the design for the QR Codes
    • Choose the standard design or a saved template
12. (Optional) Add a Custom Domain to assign a branded domain to each QR Code in the batch
13. Click on Generate

B. Access your generated QR Codes

Once the bulk operation is complete, you can find all the generated QR Codes in the My QR Codes section.
