Introduction
A Real Estate QR Code helps real estate agents and agencies provide potential buyers or renters with all relevant property details in one place. By scanning the QR Code, users can access property listings, company profiles, and contact details, and submit inquiries. This tool is ideal for use on print material, billboards, and digital campaigns, making property discovery seamless.
Follow the steps below to set up a Real Estate QR Code using Scanova.
A. Log in to your Scanova account
- Go to Scanova
- Click Login in the top right corner
- Enter your email address and password
B. Create a Real Estate QR Code
- On the left panel of the dashboard, click on Create QR Code
- Select Real Estate QR Code from the QR Code category
C. Add profile information

Add New Image (Agent photo)
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG
- Max size: 5 MB
- Recommended dimension: 150 x 150 px

Add Personal/Agent Information
- Name (up to 100 characters)
- Real Estate License Number (up to 100 characters)
- Personal Description (up to 1000 characters)

Add Company Logo
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG
- Max size: 5 MB
- Recommended dimension: 300 x 80 px
D. Add contact details
- Phone Number (with country code) — add multiple numbers if needed
- Email ID — add multiple email addresses
- Text Message Number (with country code)

Address (up to 300 characters)
E. Social Media
- Enable the Social Media section from the slide panel on the left-hand side
- Choose the social media platforms you want to link
- Add the respective URLs in the provided fields
F. Add property listings
For each listing, provide:
- Property Name
- Property Description (up to 1000 characters)
- Purpose — Rent, Sale, or Lease
- Furnishing status
- Bedroom(s) and Bathroom(s)
- Property Area and Lot Area (in sq. ft.)
- Pricing in multiple currencies — USD, INR, EUR, JPY, GBP, AUD, CAD
- Property Location (Google Maps link)
Media uploads:
- Images — maximum of 5 images per property
- Videos — add one video URL or upload one video file
There is no upper limit on the number of property listings. Users can add as many listings as needed
G. Add an inquiry form
- Enable Get Form Responses on Email
- Add Form Description (up to 500 characters)
- Input Fields:
- Enter field name
- Choose the input type (text or number)
- Mark fields as required if needed
- Add additional fields if required
When you download the inquiry form responses in CSV format, you can see which listing each response corresponds to
H. Enable geolocation listing (optional)
- Turn on Geolocation Listing
- This feature allows users to view property distances from their current location and sort listings
- Ensure each property location is mapped on Google Maps
- Users must grant location-sharing permission upon scanning
I. Customize the QR Code and download
- Customize design: choose patterns, eyes, colors, and add your logo
- Click Done Editing
- Download the QR Code in your preferred format (PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS)
- Use the QR Code on brochures, property signage, business cards, or digital ads
