Use this guide to know how to download tickets created using the web application Ticket Generator.
Here's how you can download the tickets:
A. Downloading tickets for a new Event
If you're creating a new event and want to download tickets, here's how you can do so:
- Log in to your Ticket Generator account
- Click on Manage Events
- Choose the event for which you want to download the tickets
- On the screen that appears, scroll down and click on Create New Tickets
- Choose Ticket Design and design the ticket accordingly
- Choose Delivery Method as Generate and Download and provide additional data required
- Confirm ticket design to generate tickets
- Pop-up will be displayed stating that your tickets are being generated in PDF. After completion, the download link will be emailed to you at your registered email address associated with Ticket Generator
- You can then download the tickets
B. Re-downloading the tickets of an existing event:
You can again download the tickets. Note that downloading your ticket batch again will not consume any of your credits. Here's how you can do so:
- Log in to your Ticket Generator account
- Click on Manage Events
- Choose the event for which you want to download the tickets
- On the subsequent screen that appears, scroll down and click on Download Icon under 'Downloaded Section' to download the batch
- Your batch will then be downloaded on your device
