Use this guide if you wish to know how to view Bounced Tickets with your Ticket Generator Account.
Bouncing of the tickets may happen due to various reasons related to the IP Address or the email account. Below listed are three of the many probable reasons:
- Space allocation is full
- Incorrect Email ID
- Promotional IP Address block
Here's how you can view the Bounced Tickets:
- Login to your Ticket Generator Account with your registered email ID
- Click on Manage Events
- Choose your Event
- On the subsequent screen, scroll down and click on View under Bounced Tickets on the right side
Note: Bounced Tickets information will only be available 1 hour after a send ticket-batch has been generated.
