Use this guide to know how you can request our customer relation team to transfer your QR Codes to your another Scanova Account which were created using Scanova QR Code Generator with other Scanova Account.
Background: The situation may arise that you've created QR Codes with a Scanova Account registered with your email ID and coincidentally you wish to subscribe to a Scanova Account with other email ID. In this case, you might want to transfer the QR Code created with one Scanova Account to another Scanova Account.
Note that this is possible. You can raise a request by sending an email to our customer relations team on support@scanova.io. Please mention the following points in your email:
- Note that you are sending an email from your email ID which is registered with your Scanova Account from where you wish to transfer your QR Codes i.e. Source Email ID
- Please mention allowing us to transfer the QR Code to your other Scanova Account registered with a different email ID and keep this email ID in CC i.e. Destination email ID
- Share the name of the QR Code(s) or image(s) that/those has/have to be transferred
Once we receive your email, we'll share a confirmation email for the actions we've taken or ask you a few questions to check the authenticity of the Scanova Account Ownership if required.
