Use this guide to understand about the feature of 'Restrict to Single Registrations Only' on the web application Ticket Generator
You can restrict duplicate registrations for tickets generated via Event Registration. While setting up the Event Registration you will be prompted to allow or disable multiple registrations for a single email id by setting up the Restrict to Single Registrations Only option. By default, guests can register multiple times using the Event Registration form. Use this option to only allow a single registration per email (with or without approval).
Here's how you can do it:
- Go to Registration
- Select the event for which you want to set up the Event Registration
- Click on Done Editing after completing the set up of Design Registration Page
- Next, in the Registration Settings page you will have the option of choosing the Approval System and set up the Registration Limit. Below the Registration Limit section there will be a prompt of Restrict to Single Registrations Only
If you enable this feature a single registration will be limited to a particular email id. If a user tries to register multiple times with same email id the system will show an error by default.
Note you can also update the settings later via the path Registrations > Select Event > Edit Settings > Registration Settings > Restrict to Single Registrations Only.
