Using Scanova QR Code Generator, you can invite teammates to access your account dashboard to view, edit, and manage QR Codes and other data based on permission level. This can be done via the 'Users' feature.
Note: This feature is available to Pro and Enterprise users only.
Using this feature, it is possible to add upto 20 users to your Scanova Pro account. If you have the Enterprise subscription then you can even add more than 20 users. Each user will be able to login via their own email ID and password.
Here's how you can use the feature:
- Login to your Scanova QR Code Generator account
- Go to Settings and click Users
- Click Add User
- Add name and email address of the new user
- Next, choose "Level of Access". User will be able to take actions (such as viewing/editing/adding QR Codes and viewing analytics) depending on the level of access you choose
- Click on Send Invite and the user will get an invitation via email
Here is a description of each Level of Access:
Owner: By default, the registered user of the account is the Owner with full rights, including inviting other users
Admin: The account admin has rights to create, design, edit, and manage QR Codes; view and export analytics; create, design, edit, and manage leads; and manage settings (custom domain) but cannot:
- Invite or remove users
- Delete account
- Receive email notifications (expiry, billing, etc.)
- View or edit billing information
Manager: The account manager has rights to create, design, and edit QR Codes; view and export analytics; create, design, and edit leads; and manage settings (custom domain) but cannot:
- Delete QR Codes
- Delete Lead Lists
- Delete Custom Domains
- Invite or remove users
- Delete account
- Receive email notifications (expiry, billing, etc.)
- View or edit billing information
Viewer: Can only view and export scan analytics and leads data and analytics
