Using Scanova QR Code Generator, you can invite teammates to access your account dashboard to view, edit, and manage QR Codes and other data based on permission level. This can be done via the 'Users' feature on the settings tab.
Note: This feature is available to Pro and Enterprise users only.
Using this feature, it is possible to add up to 5 users to your Scanova Pro account. If you have the Enterprise subscription then you can even add more than 5 users. Each user will be able to log in via their own email ID and password.

Here's how you can use the feature:
- Login to your Scanova QR Code Generator account
- Go to Settings and click on Users
- Click on Invite User
- Add the Name and Email address of the new user
- Next, choose the User Role. Users will be able to take actions (such as viewing/editing/adding QR Codes and viewing analytics) depending on the user role that is assigned to them
- Click on Send Invite and the user will get an invitation via email
Here is a description of each User Role:
Owner: By default, the registered user of the account is the Owner with full rights, including inviting other users
Admin: The account admin has rights to create, design, edit, and manage QR Codes; view and export analytics; create, design, edit, and manage leads; and manage settings (custom domain) but cannot:
- Invite or remove users
- Delete account
- Receive email notifications (expiry, billing, etc.)
- View or edit billing information
- Can export shared users data
Manager: The account manager has rights to create, design, and edit QR Codes; view and export analytics; create, design, and edit leads; and manage settings (custom domain) but cannot:
- Delete QR Codes
- Delete Lead Lists
- Delete Custom Domains
- Invite or remove users
- Delete account
- Receive email notifications (expiry, billing, etc.)
- View or edit billing information
- Can export shared users data
Viewer: Can only view and export scan analytics/reports and leads data and analytics and can export shared users data
Analyst: The Analyst can view, and download QR Codes and export QR Code data, view and export analytics, view Lead Lists’ data & analytics, view the Custom Domain list, view and export shared user data, download QR Codes via Bulk Operation, and view Custom tags. But cannot:
- View or edit billing information
- Create, design, and edit QR Codes and lead list
- Add or remove users
- Generate and update QR Codes via Bulk Operation
- Create or remove custom tags
Billing Manager: The Billing Manager can manage billing-related activities efficiently, with access to view or edit billing information, upgrade or downgrade the subscription plan, add, update, or remove payment methods, view payment history, and download invoices. But cannot:
- View, create, and update QR Codes or Lead Lists
- Add or remove users
- Export shared users' data
- Generate, update or download QR Codes via Bulk Operation
- View, set or remove custom domains and custom tags

Note: To export the details(Name, Email Address, Role, Number of QR Codes Created, etc.) in a CSV file of all the shared users of your Scanova account, click on the Export Users Data button. For detailed steps, please see: Can I export the details of the shared users?
