Yes, it's possible to update your payment details via your Scanova account dashboard if you've made the purchase using our default payment gateway 2Checkout (payment could have been made via debit card, credit card, or PayPal).
Here's how you can update your details:
- Login to your Scanova QR Code Generator account
- Click on 'Subscription' on the sidebar navigation panel
- Click on 'Update Payment Method'
- You'll then have to enter your billing email address or your order number which can be found in the order confirmation email (received at the time of initial purchase)
- Click on send access link
- You'll then receive a link to update your payment details
