Use this guide to understand how to delete your QR Code in the online application Scanova QR Code Generator
Static QR Codes are permanent that means even if they are deleted from your Scanova account, they will still continue to work.
On the other hand, Dynamic QR Codes, once deleted will stop working. It is mandatory for Dynamic QR Codes to be present in your Scanova Account in order to be operational.

Here's how you can delete your QR Codes:
- Login to your Scanova Account
- Go to My QR Codes on the sidebar navigation bar
- Hover your cursor over the QR Code you wish to delete
- Click on the Trash Icon
You'll be prompted to confirm the command, click on Trash
Alternatively, you can delete several QR Codes at once (maximum 10)
Here's how you can do it:
- Login to your Scanova Account
- Go to My QR Codes on the sidebar navigation bar
- Select the check box beside the Name of the QR Code
- Click on Trash Icon
- You'll be prompted to confirm the command, click on Trash
Please note that once you delete a QR Code, the QR Code will be moved to the Trash section and will be permanently deleted in 30 days. You can delete the QR Code from the Trash section as well to delete it permanently with immediate effect. Also, the QR Code limit of your account will not be affected by the deleted QR Code within this 30-day period.
