Use this guide to understand how to delete your QR Code.
Static QR Codes are permanent that means even if they are deleted from your Scanova account, they will still continue to work.
On the other hand, Dynamic QR Codes, once deleted will stop working. It is mandatory for Dynamic QR Codes to be present in your Scanova Account in order to be operational.
Here's how you can delete your QR Codes:
- Login to your Scanova Account
- Go to My QR Codes on the sidebar navigation bar
- Hover your cursor over the QR Code you wish to delete
- Click on the Trash Icon
- You'll be prompted to confirm the command, click on Delete
Please note that if you delete a QR Code by mistake or want to recover a QR Code which you've already created, please reach out to us to as it's not possible to recover the QR Code from the dashboard.
