If you're using the Ticket Generator web application to generate event tickets, it is possible to view the following event analytics:
- Total attendance
- Attendance by time
- Tickets validated by the coordinator
- Total number of used, new, expired, invalid, duplicate, and re-entry tickets
- Duplicate and Re-entry Allowed Counts
You simply have to log in to your Ticket Generator account and go to Manage Events. In this section, you can choose the event for which you want to view the analytics, scroll down to the Attendance Analytics section, and click on See Analytics.
Please note that for the Multi-Day event analytics, individual sheets will be created for each day, with the sheet name corresponding to the respective date. Also, the scan data will be available date-wise.
