If you're using Ticket Generator, it is possible to test tickets without using any ticket credits.
The application allows you to test sample tickets (not of your event) so that you can familiarize yourself with the ticket validation process using the Ticket Validator mobile app.
To test the sample tickets, follow the steps given below:
- Login to your Ticket Generator account
- Click on the Ticket Validator button (left side-bar)
- Download the ticket validation app: Ticket Validator
- Log in with your Ticket Generator account ID and password
- Select ‘Sample Event’ from the Events List
- Now on the web app dashboard click on the Test Tickets button (left side-bar)
- Point the scanner of the Ticket Validator app at the QR Code on the sample tickets given for valid, invalid, duplicate, and tickets with worn-out QR Code
- In the actual tickets scenario, you're required to choose the respective event from the list and start scanning the QR Codes on the tickets.
