You've initiated processing of a batch of QR Codes using QR Batch by making the payment but the batch is taking an unreasonably long time to process. While this is unlikely, it is possible due to one of the following two reasons:
- First, you might have chosen SVG (or any other vector) format to export QR Code images. While images are processed faster in PNG and JPG formats, files in SVG format can take longer time
- Second, if the batch size is in thousands, it can take longer to process but should be less than 24 hours. However, if you see your batch 'under progress' even after 24 hours, you should reach out to us at support@scanova.io.
