How do I get the sale receipt for my subscription purchase?

Use this guide to understand how to download your sale receipt/invoice for your order. 

Whenever you make a purchase on Scanova QR Code Generator, you'll receive an automated purchase confirmation and receipt via email. 

However, if you wish to need the official invoice, you can download it from your account dashboard. 

Please note that to generate and download the invoice, it is compulsory to add and save billing details in your account dashboard.  

Here's how you can do so:

• Login to your Scanova Account
• Click on 'Profile' on the left sidebar
• Click on 'View/Edit'
• Click on 'Tax Information'
• Fill all the details
• Click on Save

Now you can download the official invoice from your account dashboard. Here's how to do so:

• Login to your Scanova Account
• Click on 'Subscription' on the left-sidebar
• Click on 'Order History'
• Click on the Download Icon under the Invoice column
