Say you're using Scanova QR Code Generator, and you exported a custom-designed QR Code but the logo in the centre came out blurry/pixelated. This can happen because of two reasons:
1. Low-Resolution Logo Image
If you wish to download the QR Code image in size 1000 x 1000 px but the logo image that you have uploaded is only 50 x 50 px, it will appear pixelated or blurry. In this case, you will need to upload a higher-resolution image.
2. High-Resolution Logo Image
If the logo image that you have uploaded is high-resolution (2435x1476px) and the QR Code that you have downloaded is of lower resolution (300 x 300px), the logo will look blurry.
In this case:
- If you need the QR Code image in high-resolution (say for printing on a poster), then you can specify the size of the QR Code (say 2000 x 2000 px) using the 'Advanced Export' option in the Download drop-down menu. In this case, you'll notice that the QR Code image and logo are not blurry at all
- If you need the QR Code image in lower resolution (say for publishing on a website), then you will need to upload a lower-resolution logo image (say 500 x 500 px)
Note: You can also upload the logo in SVG format to get the logo in high resolution.
