A. Clear Browser Cache
If you are not able to download your QR Codes, then you must first clear your browser's cache and then try to download the QR Codes again.
To clear cache, follow the steps given below:

- There will be a pop-up, please uncheck the browsing history, this will make sure that browsing history is not deleted.
- After this click on the 'Clear data' option this will make sure that you browsers cache is cleared
B. Check your Internet Connection
If you are not able to download your QR Code. Please try and check your internet connection and make sure that you have a stable internet connection.
C. Account Expired
