I have a paid subscription but still can't view detailed analytics. Why?

Use this guide to understand why you can't view detailed analytics of your QR Code generated by Scanova QR Code Generator. 

If you are subscribed to the UltraLite or Lite plan, you will only be able to view basic analytics i.e. number of scans by time period and selection of QR Codes.

If you are subscribed to the Standard or Pro plan, you will be able to:

1. View detailed analytics including number of scans by: Time period, Geography (city and country), Devices (mobile, tablet, PC, etc.), Operating system (iOS 11, Android Jellybean, etc.), Browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc.), Handsets (iPhone, Galaxy S6, etc.)
2. Export analytics data in CSV, XLS, or PDF format. You can also export the analytics directly in your system/software using our web hooks
3. Integrate Scanova analytics with Google Analytics or Webhooks

To upgrade plan, login to your Scanova account, click on Subscription > Update Plan > Choose Plan
