Introduction
Scanova provides a robust analytics dashboard that allows one to track the performance of the QR Codes. For further analysis or reporting, the user can export all relevant QR Code data as a CSV file. This export includes key details such as QR Code attributes, scan statistics, and creator information.
A. Export QR Code Data
To export QR Code data in Scanova, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Scanova account
- Navigate to My QR Code section on the dashboard
- Select the QR Code(s) for which the data needs to be exported (select none if the data for all QR Codes is required)
- Click the Export Data button
- Click Get Data

A notification will be sent to the registered email address with a link to download the data file
Note: This report link will expire in 24 hours
B. Data Captured in the Export
The exported CSV file contains the following fields:
- QR ID: The unique identifier of the QR Code
- Name: The name assigned to the QR Code
- Category: The category to which the QR Code belongs
- QR Type: Whether the QR Code is Static or Dynamic
- Status: The current status (e.g., Active, Inactive)
- Tags: Any tags associated with the QR Code
- Short URL: The shortened URL of the QR Code
- Created: The creation date of the QR Code
- Last Modified: The date when the QR Code was last updated
- Created By: The user who created the QR Code
- Scan Count (7 days): The total number of scans in the past 7 days
- Scan Count (All-Time): The total number of scans since the QR Code was created
- QR Code Data: Additional data linked to the QR Code
C. Things to Keep in Mind
- Only Dynamic QR Codes include scan tracking data
- Location-specific or device information will not be captured in this report we can get the details from the Tracking & Analytics report
- Ensure you select the correct QR Codes while exporting data to avoid missing information
